Book Release Surreal

The release of Rusty's Chronicles is still very surreal to me. I feel so blessed and truly appreciate the opportunity to learn and grow as an author. I am humbled and inspired to believe one voice can make a difference...your voice.

I am thankful for family and friends who have faith and support me every step of the way. Wherever this journey leads... my strength and passion are simply to write. I am honored and cherish steps taken (even paw prints) that will forever guide me.

"Unconditionally" by Paw Talk Blogger Harley

The difficult part of expressing an opinion might be conveying an objective viewpoint with equal emotional investment. The balance can easily be disproportionate when emotions are extreme or views are simply indifferent to prove a point. Why would this be noteworthy? Most likely, it does not matter or reflect upon one’s nature to contribute and understandably so. The clarification of the stance paw talk bloggers portray is a humorous, but heartfelt rendition acknowledging a relationship that is quite unique. With that said, this simply would never accredit the accountability of a high-strung Yorkie’s temperament... Maybe the phrase “adversity builds character” defines an acceptable explanation. The combination of a Yorkie and Poodle is commendable and definitely a union of sorts. How would I know? My Yorkie counterpart, Heather leaves no question to her stance and contribution toward any given subject or action. Since I am 4 years, her senior, wisdom does provide clarity to remove oneself from reachable retaliations. I mention not, the female/male gender relationship as my desire to remain ambiguous is necessary for peace. I am Harley, a blogger with wisdom, integrity and compassion for others. Loveable but a little less humorous as the innocent puppy-hood days are long gone.

Life changing moments are endless when the likelihood of ever finding no resistance from a certain female paw talk blogger probable… no paws pointed. The reality of wanting my life to be any different is not debatable. Heather is very much a part of our family. I could not imagine my life without her presence. Compassion for others begins with understanding acceptance does not render one weak. A forgiving nature offers positive coexistence most of the time. I would be the first to admit that Heather’s sassy attitude defines her bold, fearless character. Would the vision of a long, silky fur ball on short legs barking shrill octaves not yet known to mankind be intimidating? Funny how that perception works.  Knowledge or instinct initiates distance to be a wise factor.

The male poodle charisma is one of a majestic statue. When you think about it, how could it be any other way? The image alone is a prominent one. Not many breeds exhibit extreme hairstyles with a combination of bare skin and pompoms, not to mention the one on the end of their tail flying high. Can you image wagging that one? On another note, naked paws can be quite embarrassing too. One’s heritage provides a foundation to which allows future growth and individuality to evolve. The lovable shaggy dog image is proudly adopted. Although, beauty may be skin deep and literally so, intelligence is a predominant characteristic and valued trait. Emotional attachments are a bond of unconditional love and devotion. Does this include Heather? I am still searching for a loophole…

The perfectly posh lifestyle is more than appearance, elegant style, or an extreme standard acknowledged by society. Intelligence, attitude, and personality do define certain parameters for state of mind of this lifestyle. Why this might lead to speculation could be a mere lack of communicating wants, needs or desires. The Yorkshire Terrier breed does not exhibit a scarcity in the ability to express thoughts on subjects of any nature. Sure, certain terms come to one’s mind to describe demonstrating such behavior and maybe, some more deserved than others. The term “Diva” is an honorary title, rather than, the intention to downgrade a judgment of the class. One distinct characteristic of perfectly posh is the natural elegance to honor higher standards.

What empowers the behavior of such an opulent creature? Numerous influences contribute to the behavior, but desire can be a strong motivating force. Simply stated, the desire to succeed or survive within the structure of diversity. Limitations in life are often the result of uncontrollable situations. Does this merit a willing contribution to support positions of this nature or even, within one’s family structure? Let’s just say, the charisma of a slobbering dust mop is not enough to sway my opinion to rally an alliance with Harley’s fan club. Acknowledgment on my part that he resides under the same roof is generously indulgent. The acceptance of the poodle breed as a member of the posh community is certainly conceivable. Although some limitation exists for certain breeds, it does not render the impossibility of obtaining the posh status if deserved. Maybe not perfectly posh, as this is reserved for the elite.

No gender distinction applies to the posh lifestyle. Diva’s are both male and female genders and can be equal in stature. However, I do believe that the intellectual level of the female gender easily excels males in the perfectly posh world. Why would I support such a stance? The perfect example would be the comparison of Harley and I. The characteristic of taste preference is not challenged by primitive hunger as the daunting image of Harley’s muzzle chowing down in the food bowl is quite appalling. The infinite comparisons of Harley would never change my stance. Taste may be acquired by some, and not necessarily so for others. I am both thankful and blessed to be naturally born perfectly posh.

Harley's Tale

The passion behind loving brown eyes engaging undivided attention does promote favor. Would I use my adorable characteristics to obtain leverage? In a heartbeat as nature provided an undeniable charisma. The lifestyle of a beloved family pet is privileged. The close relationship and bond is one of unconditional love and devotion. I am fortunate and blessed to be a part of this type of family structure. The Poodle breed is highly intelligent and loyal so my character denotes the positive traits readily. Since I am of the male gender, I can personally speak to the attributes and will leave the details of such, for another time.

The nature of my existence is a blessing and a miracle. Love and devotion from family and friends help provide support to conquer challenges in life. A strong will for survival certainly helped but was not enough to heal a tiny sick puppy. My early years were touch-and-go filled with countless hours of nursing and prayer. The positive outlook and lovable nature of my character are genuine and heartfelt.

The acceptance of limitations within my lifestyle do not define my ability to give and help others. I believe experiences in life allow one to learn and grow. Alternative methods have provided a means to cope and succeed so that I can influence others. Years provide wisdom, and I have earned the right to be classified within the senior group. Translated this means it allows me to observe the youthful generation with humor and knowledge that peace is a valuable state of mind. Family decisions do not necessarily adhere to a majority rules. The reasoning behind adding a female Yorkie to the family dynamics is beyond me. So with that said, the addition of Heather to my life is definitely challenging but beneficial to sharpen and strengthen survival techniques. No doubt that my physical endurance prevails, and intelligence levels far surpass, so that, a threat is non-existent. The question if we are indeed compatible is not relevant as the entertainment provided to spectator's triumphs. Laughter is golden and when Mom is happy we are all happy.

Paw-Talk blog is a means for me to express my thoughts and viewpoint. Heather will also be blogging, so I look forward to her creativity and bantering.
